Brendan Zrowka is the Managing Director of our Dallas, TX office. He works to ensure clients meet their business objectives and have a trusted advisor throughout their real estate process. He thrives off finding creative solutions to help clients achieve their short and long-term real estate goals. Brendan enjoys working at Whitebox because of the company’s willingness to think “outside the box” for clients. In his role as Managing Director, he also ensures that our Dallas team provides the same level of service to our clients.

Brendan has been responsible for more than $500 Million in real estate transactions at Whitebox Real Estate since 2016.

One of my favorite parts about real estate is seeing a tenant fall in love with their new space.

“Whatever it takes.” If I tell someone I am going to do something… I do it. No matter what.

When Brendan is not busy working in commercial real estate, he enjoys working out, watching movies, and college football.
