Whitebox Real Estate is focused exclusively on tenants. Whitebox does not lease any buildings (office, warehouse, or data center). We have a fiduciary responsibility to our clients. Thus, there are no conflicts of interest to navigate when working with our firm. We’re of the mindset that every tenant and every lease should be important to a Landlord. Understanding what your monetary value is to a Landlord gives us insight into the ownership’s mindset and also an advantage when it comes to negotiating a lease.
