QUALIFICATIONS

  • Texas Real Estate License (Required)
  • Previous real estate experience (Preferred)
  • BBA/BA/BS
  • Prefer GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Adobe
Investment Sales Commercial Real Estate Broker

Executive Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain calendar anThe Executive Assistant will report directly to the President. The position will work cooperatively with all areas of the business.d schedule meetings, telephone, and conference calls
  • Act as “gatekeeper” for all incoming calls
  • Coordinate travel
  • Order and keep an inventory of office supplies
  • Organize corporate events
  • Liaise with vendors and building management
  • Complete expense reports
  • Prepare conference rooms for meetings
  • Occasional personal work as needed
  • Create and update contacts via database system as needed
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects
