Whitebox Real Estate is focused exclusively on tenants. Whitebox does not lease any buildings (office, warehouse, or data center). We have a fiduciary responsibility to our clients to be a tenant representation broker, not a landlord. Thus, there are no conflicts of interest to navigate when working with our firm. We’re of the mindset that every tenant and every lease should be important to a Landlord. Understanding what your monetary value is to a Landlord gives us insight into the ownership’s mindset and also an advantage when it comes to negotiating a lease.
