Having spent over 20 years in the healthcare industry before joining Whitebox as the Vice President of Operations, Shad’s life and professional experiences have taught him to align himself to be focused on efforts for the betterment of the community by providing solutions through operational excellence and out-of-the box thinking. His passion for quality patient care in the medical industry gives him a unique opportunity to help Whitebox continue a client-centric legacy through integrity that is driven by holding the highest degree of ethical, moral, and legal standards.
What is your favorite part about working in this industry?
My biggest driver and reason to wake up in the morning is to help people. Even if I can be just a small contributor to someone’s success, that’s a WIN for me. Whitebox’s focus on producing solutions for every client’s needs aligns perfectly with my aspirations.
