Craig Phelps serves as the Vice President of the Dallas Industrial Division at White Box Real Estate. Prior to joining WhiteBox, Craig was an industrial broker with JLL specializing in tenant representation. His list of past and present clients includes PACCAR, Glasfloss, Hardware Resources, Kone Inc., Uplift Academy, Raytheon, Paragon Sales Company, Summit Racing, KCS Railroad, Sentinel Capital, and Stillwater Capital.
Craig’s favorite part of working in the industry is the long-lasting relationships he builds with his clients. He believes that in order to be the best, you need to really listen to what your clients have to say then be tenacious in the pursuit of those goals.
Craig graduated from Texas A&M University in 2000.
Craig absolutely loves spending his spare time wife Heather, daughter Emma, and his two sons Jake and Hudson, and his dog Scout.

What is a talent you have that most people don’t know about?
One of my superpowers is the ability to find an open parking space in any situation. It’s weird but true.
