Shana Richardson

Senior Administrative Assistant

Shana brings 20+ years of administrative experience to the Whitebox team. Prior to joining Whitebox, Shana served as the administrative assistant & office manager for First Baptist Church in Borger, TX. Her experience also includes administrative support in the oil & gas and architecture. Her expertise in these varied industries gives her a unique perspective on how best to support the fast-paced needs of the Whitebox team.

She served as Decorating Chair for two years, and volunteered for more than four years for HOPE – Hutchinson Oil Patch Extravaganza for the American Cancer Society.


When not at Whitebox, Shana hikes to enjoy nature – that is when she’s not spending time with her three children and four grandchildren.

What is your favorite part about working in this industry?
After working in real estate for a year now, I have realized what a challenging industry it really. This drives me and makes me excited to go to work every day to be able to help our team in any way possible for them to succeed.

Which of our Core Values resonates with you the most?
I have to pick two: Work Hard and Integrity. My parents were wonderful examples of people with a great work ethic, and this instilled in me the drive to want to work hard and to have integrity in everything I do.

What is a talent you have that most people don’t know about?
Creative! I love interior design and planning and executing events from beginning to end. I also love to sew, paint, and make treasures out of junk.
