Sam was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and moved to the Dallas area in 2021. He attended the University of Kansas and developed a passion for real estate during his time there. At Kansas, Sam was a member of Phi Delta Theta, and The Big Event. He enjoys spending time with his friends, being outdoors, and playing in sporting activities outside of work.
Since graduating, Sam has gained valuable knowledge of the Dallas/Fort Worth market, and his focus is on the Richardson, Garland, Mesquite, and east Dallas industrial submarkets.
