Paul is a recent college graduate who grew up in southern California and is now starting his Commercial Real Estate career in Dallas. He focuses mainly on office leasing in the North Central Expressway submarket.
He recently graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance and a minor in Philosophy. Paul is also an Eagle Scout.
Paul fell in love with the city and decided to leave Southern California behind making Dallas his new home. He recently joined the Whitebox team to begin his career in Commercial Real Estate, a path he knew he wanted to take since joining the SMU Real Estate Club his freshman year.
