Houston and Dallas top U.S. for empty office space

According to Steve Brown of the Dallas Morning News, top Texas cities have seen the biggest impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic on office buildings. Houston and Dallas lead the county in office vacancy a year after the start of the pandemic. And Austin has seen the greatest increase in the percentage of empty office space, according to a new report by Yardi Systems’ CommercialEdge.
