Grand Prairie business park on I-30 will include five buildings

A new business park on the way in Grand Prairie will include five buildings.

Developer Lincoln Property Co. is planning the more than 200,000-square-foot office and industrial project on Interstate 30 near MacArthur Boulevard in Grand Prairie.

The project will include office and warehouse buildings ranging in size from about 17,000 square feet to more than 83,000 square feet, according to filings with the state. Construction on the more than $15 million project is set to start early next year.
