Four companies announce headquarters moves within North Texas – Whitebox Real Estate represents two

Whitebox Real Estate’s David Harris represented Valukoda, a technology firm, with its headquarters move from Plano to Dallas. The company has subleased 2,024 square feet in Tollway Towers North at 15770 N. Dallas Parkway. Jade Scott, David Harris and Grant Pruitt represented Pilot Thomas Logistics with its new headquarters. Pilot Thomas leased 45,410 square feet at 1051 Mustang Drive in Grapevine.
