Fast-growing supplements maker moves HQ to Fort Worth, expects to nearly double business in 2021
Ryan Salchert of the Dallas Business Journal talks to OP2 Labs about how Whitebox helped them their upcoming HQ relocation and how their lease prepares for rapid growth.
“One of the tougher parts about running our company is that we’re experiencing such massive growth. That was one of the challenges that Sean, myself and Jade had to overcome,” said Alexander Kunz, founder and CEO of OP2 Labs. “Typically when you sign a lease, they want you to sign for six or seven years. We know that in six to seven years we’re going to outgrow that space.”
“We ran an expansive search across the entire Metroplex and identified this facility that could accommodate not only their short-term needs, but would also allow for growth,” said Smith, associate at Whitebox Real Estate. “OP2 Labs is a great client and we really enjoyed working with them. We’re really excited to see what the next step is for them now that they’ve planted a flag here.”
