According to Steve Brown of the Dallas Morning News, Evan Hammer with Whitebox Real Estate represented Petoskey Plastics in the purchase of a 53,627 square-foot building located in Mckinney. The new owner plans to expand the facility by another 40,000 square feet to accommodate between 50 and 100 workers.
