Downtown Dallas office owner offering flexible deals to lure tenants

Steve Brown with The Dallas Mornig News reports Quadrant’s St. Paul Place high-rise on Ross Avenue, a 22-story office tower is offering fully furnished offices for six to 10 months to tenants. The new flexible office space also offers conference room, kitchenette, outdoor lounge, community space and onsite food services.
