Developer is revamping a major Plano project due to market changes

According to Steve Brown of the Dallas Morning News, Rosewood Property has been building the 156-acre Heritage Creekside project on Bush Turnpike between Alma and Custer roads since 2014. The property was zoned for everything from office towers to single-family homes. So far, the company has built houses, apartments, and retail space. Rosewood now plans to revamp the development — scaling back the office buildings and adding more housing.
