Cowboys owner Jerry Jones makes a property play south of Dallas

Steve Brown with The Dallas Morning News reports Blue Star Land owned by Dallas Cowboys’ owner Jerry Jones quietly purchased more than 120 acres on Interstate 35E in Waxahachie. The land was purchased for “a mixed-use project” consisting of urban residential, industrial, and e-commerce, as well as some retail commercial.
