Construction starts on 27-story high-rise north of downtown Dallas

Steve Brown with The Dallas Morning News reports Construction has kicked off on another high-rise just north of downtown Dallas. The 27-story Harwood No. 14 office tower is being built on Harry Hines Boulevard near the Dallas North Tollway.
