As Whitebox Real Estate, LLC’s Managing Director – Houston Market Leader, Andrew aims to grow the Houston office through his comprehensive understanding of the market and experience, service-first mentality and incorporating Whitebox’s fresh commercial real estate approach.

Specializing in office/industrial tenant representation, Andrew provides clients with money-saving, streamlined and creative real estate solutions for business owners needing lease negotiations, renewals, expansions, relocation, and subleases. He is responsible for more than 1,020,032 square feet in real estate transactions with a value more than $106 million.

Prior to joining Whitebox Real Estate, Andrew began his commercial real estate career with Henry S. Miller Commercial and more recently worked for Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners.

 

Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife Stacey, his son and two daughters. He is an active member of The Church of St. John the Divine and enjoys coaching his kids in the fall and spring. Andrew is an avid fly-fisherman, bird hunter, and horseman. He is a long-time supporter/volunteer for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo where he serves on the Parade Committee, Ranch Rodeo Committee and the Horse Show Chuck Wagon committee. Additionally, he served as chair for Chinquapin Prep School’s most recent annual gala and sporting clays tournament.

How many years have you been in real estate?
I have been in real estate for 20 years!

What is your favorite part about working in this industry?
You never know who you are going to meet, every day you meet new people.

What would be your personal motto?
“You have to get back on your horse.” This is a tough business and when you get bucked off, you have to get back on.
